The ACC Second Chance Desk is a FREE resource helping residents of Athens-Clarke and Oconee Counties clear eligible criminal records and access opportunities.
The ACC Second Chance Desk is a partnership between the Georgia Justice Project, the Solicitor General's Office of Athens-Clarke County, and the District Attorney’s Office for the Western Judicial Circuit.
Our goal is to provide FREE advice and self-help assistance to individuals regarding their criminal history so they can restrict and seal eligible criminal records from cases stemming from arrests/cases in Athens-Clarke County and Oconee County.
Located in the Goodwill Career Center, 4070 Lexington Road, Athens, GA 30605, the ACC Second Chance Desk is open and staffed on the third Wednesday and third Thursday of every month from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
